Mathematics & Informatics Quarterly is a fine magazine published by SCT Publishing in Singapore. It contains articles of interest to those who enjoy mathematics and/or computer science. There are columns containing problems--some for personal solution and practice, others for submission or competition. SCT also publishes a number of other journals and books.
